Can't say enough about Kel Tec's customer service.  Returned my PF-9 last week for a second occurence of no trigger reset and some new issues and received a practically new pistol today.  Looks like they replaced everything except the aluminum sub-frame.  I won't get a chance to shoot it until Thurs but am amazed at the prompt and courteous service.  Also, the service rep I spoke with (don't have her name handy) said that the engineers are assessing the trigger bar & spring issue.  I suppose they have had enough returns to believe that it may require some modifications.   I'll keep my fingers crossed that I have a good one this time and that if Kel Tec determines that it needs to mod the design, they are successful because (as I stated before), I  really love this gun as do most of you!

Mine also went back for the second time this past Monday, for the second instance of the trigger not resetting.
 
This time I spoke to (can't remember his name) a supervisor who asked me to note the specific ammo I used before it broke.  Apparently, they have had enough of a problem, they are now getting serious with it.
 
The last time it came back in 9 working days.

The good news is that PF9 turn around time has BEEN running under 2 weeks.

My experience with Kel-Tec’s customer service has been excellent so far.  My second PF-9 was firing way to the left right out of the box.  Kel-Tec requested that I send in the weapon for repair.  They received my pistol on Tuesday, June 19th.  They replaced my barrel and slide and the weapon arrived at my door Tuesday, June 26th.  That’s a great turn around time.  I am very pleased with this company.

I haven’t had a chance to take it to the range as of yet.  I’m planning to go to the range this weekend and test her out.  I’ll be sure and post the performance.

I've been back to Kel-Tec many times.  Once for the PF-9 and they replaced the barrel.  The other times were for any accessories for my KT stuff.  Great customer Service and very friendly staff all around.

Crazy!!!
 
My PF-9 went back on Monday, UPS picked it up.
 
It came back today!! (Friday)
 
Replaced grip and or mag catch
Replaced slide and or barrel (both I think)
Replaced internal parts
Test Fired.
 
Basically, I got a new gun! ... in a week
