I should preface this by making clear I did not buy a PLR, I just looked at one. This may help someone though so I'll post it up.

Where purchased:  A Pawn Shop(that's the name), Grand Junction, CO.
When purchased:  ~7/15
Mail/internet order or local purchase:  Local
New or used:  New in box.
Accessories included:  Factory 10rd mag.
Tagged price:  $445
Paid price (after haggling):  -------
Magazine price & type (optional):  Didn't check out mag prices.
Happy with price?: If I were buying, absolutely.

This place has a huge selection for what looks like an unassuming little shop, and they sell literally every gun at $10 over cost. Great knowledge of the products too, surprisingly even Kel-Tecs!

Hope this helps a member here!

$461 before taxes.  Bought it at the Dixie Knife and Gun show in Raleigh NC yesterday.  No haggle, I was amazed to find one there.   I also bought 2 40 round mags and 500 rounds of Russian 223 (Wolf).   I saw several P3ATs for $280 and a P-11 for $309 that came with two boxes of ammo (if it had been a PF, i would have bought it).

Gun and ammo prices seem to have stablilized a bit.  A guy next to me bought a brand new WASR-10 AK for $450.  I found some (non Russian PMC) 223 for $340 a thousand.  There are still no small pistol primers or rifle primers to be found, and the show was dead by yesterday at 1:00 pm, although the lines were as long as ever early in the a.m.

Where purchased:  Show Me Shooters (Claycomo MO/KCMO)
When purchased:  9/10/09
Mail/internet order or local purchase:  Local
New or used:  New
Accessories included:  None
Tagged price:  $665 (msrp) on sale for $539
Paid price (after haggling):  $489, after taxes = $520 OTD
Magazine price & type (optional):  $n/a
Happy with price?    Yes & no! Smiley Not happy compared to what others paid 2 years ago, but not bad for the current market! Not to mention I called all the dealers I know of in the MO side of the KC Metro area, this was the ONLY one in stock!

I have not purchased one yet, but my dealer has them as follows and I figured people in the area could benefit from the info.

Where purchased: Guns Galore; Killeen, TX
When purchased: N/A, but priced on 9-6-09
Mail/internet order or local purchase:  Local
New or used:  New
Accessories included:  Muzzle Brake (Tromix) and KT Handguard (optional accessories)
Tagged price:  $465 ($565 if you want the Muzzle Brake and KT Handguard)
Paid price (after haggling):  N/A, but this dealer's FFL transfer is $25 and they will work on price depending on what kind of business you've done with them before.
Magazine price & type (optional):  Includes KT 10rd and they include 2 steel GI AR mags w/ purchase
Happy with price?  I sure will be.

Mine came from a private seller in the Dallas Metro area. Divorce sale, as it turns out. I have a friend in the Law Enforcement community that lives there; he kindly went and saw the weapon before I purchased it. I paid a whopping $925.00. BUT, before you cry rape... read on.... that included the forend, single/multi-point bungee sling, picatinny swivel sling attachment, OEM magazine, seven 30rnd magpul p mags, mag ez loader, 500rnds PMC 55gr fmj ammo, trigger lock, Osprey holographic site with Mako 5X magnifier, Mako magazine well handgrip, YHM Phantom 5C2 Comp/Flash Suppressor and a Kel-Tec soft case. The bore is chrome lined. It was new-in-box. She has now proudly cycled 200 rnds hiccup/incident free.
