I use one from www.mecopocketholsters.com .  To me their holsters are as good as it gets.  VERY nice!!!   These are some of the ones I have bought from them.  I highly recomend them for your holster needs.

I received a very nice message from Tod at Recluse Holsters.  Very friendly message from a good man.  If I ever feel the need for a pocket holster, I'll sure keep him in mind.

I saw a nice looking pocket holster on the "Gunblast" site tonight, for the P3AT, P32, & LCP.
See it at: www.recluseholster.com  I'd post a pic, but my computer skills are 20th century....sorry! Sad

Hi,

Went to the site and viewed the video and was favorably impressed. However, the video didn't show re-holstering. The ease of re-holstering would be very important to me, can you speak to this issue?

Thanks...

Bill, to re-holster you simply remove the holster from your pocket and place the P3-AT back into it as shown in the video. Place it back into your pocket and it is held in place safely and always ready for a quick, smooth release.

I have both an Uncle Mike's IWB and a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster. I love the Nemesis and use it the most. I found the weapon would settle into the holster and the barrel would project about 3/8" out the holster bottom. This made the weapon a little harder to grab an remove from the holster without dragging the holster out with the gun. To correct this I hand stiched the holster where the barrel projected out the bottom. Now the gun rides just a bit higher making it easier to grab and remove from the holster. The trigger and guard is still covered by the holster so there is no safety issue created by this modification. I love the DeSantis Nemesis for pocket carry but when I want to use an IWB while wearing tight jeans or driving a car the IWB is a better choice for me. The Uncle Mike's IWB works okay but makes returning the gun to holster difficult. I am looking for something that stays open for this purpose. Maybe a Galco.

I bought this holster for my P3AT http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ZAA917-33.html , but I don't like it.

It is very difficult to draw since the entire gun is covered by the holster.  The only part I can really get a hold of is the +1 mag extension.

I think I'm going to go with something like the Nemisis, since much more of the grip is exposed and thus, drawing the gun should be much easier.

i've tried so many holsters for my P3AT - some good expensive ones too - but i keep coming back to the very first one i purchased:

the $12 Blackhawk size 1 pocket holster (http://www.blackhawk.com/product/Pocket-Holster,82,34.htm).  it appears to be exactly the same as the uncle mike's pocket holster.  you can find  them for under $10 online.

the holster thin, flexible, light and so easy to draw from.  the material is rubber-like and always stays in the pocket.  in fact, it sticks in the pocket and doesn't move around in larger pockets.  it's thinner than the nemesis and doesn't print at all.

when i put the crimson trace on my gun i thought that it would no longer fit in the blackhawk holster.  i was surprised to see that it did fit.  it was tight at first but it stretched out within a couple of days and it's perfect now.

check out the mod that wheelguy did to his uncle mike's holster:  http://www.ktog.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1206545094#11

i did the same mod on the blackhawk holster to carry a spare magazine.  i sewed a small piece of elastic on the outside seam to add some flex space to fit the spare mag in the holster wing.  i'll try to post a photo later so you can see what i mean.  it makes a perfect square in the pocket and it's still so easy to grab the grip and draw.  it's not exactly pretty but it sure works great.

good luck!

I looked for the perfect holster for a while and in the end made one that was 100% what I wanted in a pocket holster.
I bought the Kydex on Ebay for $2 a sheet. It has a textured side and a smooth side. I tried it both ways and found that having the textured side facing in actuall reduced scratches to the gun's finish. The small hook on the bottom hangs on the pocket when I draw the gun and allows the gun to come out easily. The retention isexcellent. I can hang the holster upside down and shake it and she aint coming out. It was a simple task and I couldn't buy a more functionally perfect holster in my opinion.

That's the one that I am going to go with now.  I was in the gun shop today and put the Blackhawk size 1 in my pocket and when I pulled it out, it pulled my pocket out with it.  It doesn't look like it will hold onto the pocket liner, but it sure does.  Shop had it for $15.  There is a gun show here next weekend, so I'm going to see if I can find it there for cheaper.

Thanks for the Blackhawk suggestion. I've had a cheap pocket I bought at a gunshow and it's difficult to extract the 3AT.

Hey, Don't forget the ol' homemade ones. It is in your pocket, no body sees it. I made this little "nija nerd" pocket organizer to keep my spare p3 mag where I could get to it:

And if I'm carrying my .44mag, I move my phone and put a speed loader in it's place. Can you hear me now?

This is the second gen holster I made:

I put this spacer in so it prints like a wallet.

I make these out of an old nail apron. they work fine.

Well that looks pretty neat! I'd like to see one in person and get a feel for how well that trigger block works. But I am intriqued. That's about as "barely there" as you can get. The only think I didn't much like was how far the front pocket flap seemed to extend beyond the magazine floorplate. I'd prefer it to go no farther than the base of a +1 extension. The pockets in some of my pants aren't all that wide.

To the OP: I like the Desantis Nemesis. I'm also a fan of the Galco Pocket Protector.

found this at a gun show,  great holster.   prevents accidental clip release, really quick access,
dont have to remove gun at all.   pull and fire......
Gun feels great,  really well made,  will outlast me.
