Kel Tec customer service still rules!

Took my P11 to the range with 2 mags of ammo, first mag the slide held back fine.  Loaded 5 rounds and the slide didn't stop, checked the gun over loaded 5 more, same symptom.  On closer inspection I found the slide stop had snapped off inside.  Emailed Kel Tec and had a replacement slide stop in my mailbox within the week  Grin No charge, No questions, No arguments, just good solid service.  The P11 is now back  100%

I have the P11 with the Handall Jr. grip and 4 mags with the grip extensions. I also have two P40's with 6 mags and all the other stuff. I use the Federal American Eagle 147gr in the 9mm and the Winchester USA 165gr FMJ .40 SW(USA40SWVP) rounds.  All three have more than 500 rounds down range with only the P11 jamming any at all.  It jammed 3 times before the 1st 150 rounds were used. Each time I took it downed, did a quick clean, and went back to shooting. After 150 rounds it has not jammed one time. I spoke with a gentleman at Kel Tec and he said they do hold a close tolerance on all production. The extra mags and the extensions, along with a SS side clip and a couple of overhall kits were all purchased from Kel Tec without no worries. They are super on the customer service and in my humble opinion have excellent products. There was one time I wish I would have had one of my .40's instead of the Colt .45 I was issued. The extra two rounds would have made the difference. Now if I could just find a .357 Sig conversion......
