Kel-Tec email? (Read 384 times)

sviking Junior Member I Love YaBB 2! Posts: 68	Kel-Tec email? 04/30/10 at 12:33:51 Does anyone have a direct email address for Kel-Tec? I've tried contacting them via the contact form on their website. Several times now and I never get a response.

Actually, I'm VERY surprised!!! Shocked

Just used the contact form this morning and this just same in! I asked for some extended magazine springs for a P3AT because I use the +1 mag extenders. I expected and even asked about a cost. Kudos to KT...unless this is just some sort of automated response... We'll see...

When I had some problems with mu SU-16 all my problems and questions were answered over the e-mail. Maybe they just don't like you just joking

However, since I was trying to sniff out some free parts, I decided to play nicer via email. Looks like it worked...possibly...

I sent it in, got the email stating they received it and will put it in line for service work requested. So far so good.

It would seem that their "email" response has greatly improved over years past with the advent of the Customer Contact System on the KT site. However, occasionally they must loose one or two because we still see some folks having trouble getting responses from time to time. Perhaps they have to play catch-up after a weekend or something. I'd say that if your issue is not urgent, give the system a try. OTOH, calling works well. If I needed something very quickly, I'd just call.
