That's one reason I adjusted the cords to bring the goodies up high. If you look again at the pics, there's little slack for them to rotate.
High position also reduces swing and sway, and puts the pistol and offside carrier where I can "pin" them with my upper arms when bending over.
Your objection is the exact reason I hate neck carry of a pistol, and why I'm not a really huge fan of neck knives, unless they're strictly for utility.
One trick when drawing from a shoulder holster is to "hunch" both shoulders forward during the draw. That helps prevent the "chasing the pistol around your body" routine that can happen if the pistol is swinging toward your back when you go for it.
No carry method is perfect. My main two reasons for not liking pocket carry are:
1. My pocketses are already full!
2. Very difficult to access while driving. Under an open shirt, this P-32 is pretty darned accessible while behind the wheel.
