This usually self-corrects with a couple hundred rounds down range, and practice racking the slide. It has a fairly stiff recoil spring. Make sure you
fully retract the slide and then
let it go with full force (slingshot it). So long as it feeds properly when firing it's not much of an issue and is often an indication that you are not properly sling-shotting the slide. If it continues, consider polishing the feedramp (400 grit or finer).
Also, proper lubrication to include grease in a few places will help.
http://goldenloki.com/gunsmith/keltec/lube.htm Regarding the ejector, it is apparently doing it's job perfectly well and I wouldn't be concerned. Some move a little - some don't. If it bothers you, call KT service and ask for a new ejector, spring and pin, but frankly, I wouldn't bother. Nor is a little slack in the slide fit typically cause for concern or particularly abnormal.

I'm going back to my Smith and Wesson 909, I have no confidence in my P-11 anymore, kinda like if your wife or girlfriend cheats on you,you can never trust them again or have confidence in them....just my 2 cents
Here's my 2 cents. Why post at all if you are not going to address the guy's questions? You had a simple, rare and hardly catastrophic failure on your P11, not to mention, IIRC, it is already fixed plus KT service is sending you new parts just in case.
Nightmare? You scare easily. The P11 is a concealed carry gun. If you want to lug around a S&W that is exactly twice its weight, go right ahead. Meanwhile, I'll offer you a crisp $100 bill to relieve you of your nightmare so that you can return to sweet dreams.
